My name is Dominika, I am a counsellor, and psychotherapist. I work according to BACP and NCPS ethical guidelines. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I offer counselling sessions in English and Polish.

My approach to counselling  is client-centered, which means I prioritize your needs and goals above all else. I believe that every person has the potential to live a fulfilling and satisfying life, and I am here to help you unlock that potential.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain insight into your behaviors and patterns, and develop new coping strategies.
